Description
This versatile cast iron roasting pan from Berlinger Haus works perfectly and its interior does not absorb flavors or odors. Distributes heat evenly and retains heat to save energy. For best performance, use on low to medium heat.
Another great feature of this roasting pan is the large handles for a secure grip. Don´t forget your oven mitts! It can be used as a centerpiece on your dining table as it retains heat for longer. The enamel coating acts as a non-stick coating and allows you to use very little oil when cooking. Cleaning is also easy as the enameled interior prevents food from sticking or burning.
Maintenance instructions before its first use:
After removing all labels, carefully wash and rinse the pan with neutral detergent and water. Then pat the pan with a soft towel. Treat the coating with a little vegetable oil and wipe off the excess. This procedure preserves the effectiveness of the non-stick coating.
Cleaning instructions
After use, allow the pan to come to room temperature. Do not try to pour cold water into the pan.
Use a mild detergent and soft scrubbing pad. Ideally, do not use abrasive cleaning products. We recommend washing the product by hand.
Do not use a metal scouring pad for washing or metal utensils for cooking to avoid damage to the non-stick coating.
